HD Family App

The HD Family App makes it easy to request various services:

  • Exam scheduling
  • Oxygen Cylinder Refill
  • Equipment maintenance or exchange
  • Elective Transportation Schedule

The App can also be used for other issues, such as scheduling nursing technicians and the delivery of materials and medications.

How does it work?

1 STEP

To gain access to these features, download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

2 STEP

Scan the QR code in the materials and medication delivery protocol.

3 STEP

All finished! Now you can make your requests with the 'Create Event' button.

4 STEP

Select the subject you want to address in the 'Category' field and describe your needs in the 'Description' field.

5 STEP

You can follow the status of your interactions using the 'My Events' button.
