Home Doctor Code of Conduct
The Home Doctor Code of Conduct reflects the company’s vision, mission, and values. It aims to integrate employees into our philosophy, creating a culture in which everyone sees the exercise of ethics as a crucial factor for the sustainability of the business and for the consolidation of a healthy, diligent and solid company.
It is our responsibility to observe and comply with the rules set forth in the Code of Conduct and Ethics, encouraging compliance with it by all employees, related parties and stakeholders of Home Doctor, encouraging the wide dissemination of the document and clarifying any doubts and concerns regarding its application.
As part of the measures necessary for everyone to comply with the rules laid down in the Code of Conduct and Ethics, Home Doctor has established a specific communication channel for the handling of these issues – the Secure Channel.
Secure Chanel is home doctor’s instrument to welcome complaints, contributing not only to combating fraud and corruption, but also to the effectiveness and transparency in communication and sustainability of the organization.
Employees, related parties and stakeholders of Home Doctor when verifying any practice or act that is contrary to those set out in the Code of Conduct and Ethics must report. The Secure Channel structure is available to our employees, but also for related parties such as customers, patients, service providers and suppliers.
Any complaint related to the Code of Conduct and Ethics will be treated and analyzed confidentially by the Compliance Committee, composed of members designated by the Senior Administration with the responsibility of investigating suspicious activities or deviations.
